Messestand

The ‘Recent Advances in Food Analysis’ conference took place from 5 to 8 November and has become one of the most important scientific marketplaces for trends in food science over the last 20 years.

 

It is jointly organised by the University of Prague and Wageningen University every two years and attracts several hundred participants from around the world. This year, our colleague Dr Frank Mörsberger was in Prague again in search of new analytical issues and innovative approaches that have the potential to be incorporated into routine analysis.

 

The lectures were held in several parallel sessions, which required careful preparation to ensure that he was always in the right lecture hall at the right time. In addition, many instrument manufacturers offered interesting application seminars and workshops, from which we also expected to gain a wealth of information about new applications. It was therefore likely to be a very intensive week for Dr Mörsberger.
